H.M. Masudur Rahman possesses extensive expertise and proficiency in project management and data management. Over the course of more than ten years, he has effectively coordinated and supervised data for multiple research projects centered around randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Collaborating with professors, research investigators, and teams from diverse research institutions and universities worldwide has further enhanced his abilities in project management and data management.

At MOMODa Foundation, H.M. Masudur Rahman held positions such as Research Coordinator, Head of Regional Office, and Project Director, where he showcased exceptional leadership skills while efficiently managing project implementation, data management, and stakeholder and donor communication. He obtained MSS and BSS in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka.

With his strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities, he has made substantial contributions to research projects spanning various domains, including education, gender, and adolescent empowerment, youth labor market participation, financial inclusion, environment and disaster management, WASH, and urban poverty.
