Mustahsin-ul-Aziz has completed BSS degree in Economics from the University of Dhaka and is currently pursuing a MSS degree in Economics at the same institution. Mr. Aziz has extensive research experience in the development sector of Bangladesh. Mr.Aziz has held many positions from data supervisor, project supervisor to research assistant, research associate and data analyst. He also has a deep understanding of development issues and gender paradigms with his different experiences with national and international NGOs like BRAC, Action Aid, etc. He has experience with World Bank, ADB, Ministry of Finance (GOB), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GOB), Shadharon Bima Corporation, BRAC, RMMRU and many more. He has practical and working knowledge of different software packages like STATA, EViews, R, CSPro etc.
Mr. Aziz is also an aspiring researcher himself. His paper titled “Regional Integration as a means of South Asian Competitiveness: A Gravity Model Analysis” got presented at the South Asian Economics Students Meet 2016, at Colombo Srilanka, funded by the World Bank.
Mr. Aziz also has a hobby of a film maker and video editor working on many different projects. One such is Finding Bangladesh, a documentary series aimed at documenting the historical sites and mythological stories of Bangladesh. This combines his two hobbies of film making and travelling
