Engr. MKA Bashar is the Director HR, Admin & Accounts of MOMODa FOUNDATION. He is a B.Sc. Engineer in Electrical & Electronic Engineering; he gained valuable experience by being involved in the management of different organizations. He has experience in engineering field as well as human resource, supply chain and administration for more than twenty years. He took various professional courses.

Mr. Bashar played a major role in establishing "NIBCO Limited, NIBCO Footwear Limited and Matrika Automobiles Limited".

As an organizer he has established various organizations for social development and arranged many sports related events for development of young’s body & mind. Besides Mr. Bashar had been writing in different renowned newspapers in Bangladesh.
