Md. Sujanuddin, Completed his Graduation and Post Graduation from the Department of Women and Gender Studies, University of Dhaka. Currently he is working with MOMODa FOUNDATION as Research Associate. Before joining here, Mr. Sujan worked with South  Asian Network on Economic Modeling(SANEM), under the project of “Reducing Extreme Poverty Through Skill Training for Industry Job Placement: The Case of RMG in Bangladesh.”He dreams an equitable society in which people, irrespective of sex, gender, race, cast and creed will able to express their potentialities. He firmly believes that society will be geared up to sustainable development through equal participation of men and women in development activities. He aims to be a good Researcher in which accuracy and authenticity would be the prime concern to make Research more authentic. He is passionate of making social change through the authentic research on different social issues.

Md. Sujan has joined various national and international trainings, workshops and seminars. He also participated at the last Annual Impact Evaluation Week of Asian Development Bank (ADB); jointly organized by the ADB, Philippines Institute of Development Studies (PIDS) and International Initiative of Impact Evaluation (3ie) in last September 2014 in Manila, Philippines.
He has an experience of pursuing multi-sector institutional and voluntary activities.
